Working from the domain, copy and photos you already have is what keeps a rebuild at the bottom of that range.

How we work
What you can hold us to
- Everything is in your name
- Your domain, your hosting, your accounts. We work inside them rather than moving your site somewhere only we can reach. If you leave, you take all of it with you and nothing switches off.
- We tell you when not to spend money
- If what you have is fixable for a few hundred dollars, we quote the repair and say so plainly. Talking you into a rebuild you do not need would be the same thing that got you here.
- The price you are quoted is the price
- Fixed numbers, published above, agreed before any work starts. If we find something outside the quote, we stop and ask rather than adding it to the bill.
- A reply from a person
- You will hear back from a person within 24 hours, including weekends. If we cannot take the job on, we will say so and tell you what we would do instead.
