A site is not a thing you buy once. Software goes out of date, certificates expire, and hosting changes underneath you. These plans exist so that none of that becomes your problem.
They are optional. We will never make a repair or a rebuild conditional on taking one, and you can cancel any month without losing access to anything. Everything stays in your name.

The plain terms
What you are agreeing to
- Cancel any month
- Cancel from your receipt email or by replying to any message from us. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. There is no notice period.
- Nothing is held hostage
- Your domain, hosting and site stay in your name throughout. If you cancel, nothing switches off and you do not need to move anything.
- Included time does not roll over
- The monthly time is use it or lose it, because it is reserved for you whether or not you use it. If you need more in a given month we quote it before starting.
- A reply from a person
- You will hear back from a person within 24 hours, including weekends. If we cannot take the job on, we will say so and tell you what we would do instead.
